Anikey's Property Management agrees to supervise all projects involving the installation of Andersen® products and abide by all applicable building codes and regulations. 

We certify each project through a registration process to qualify that job for the 2-year installation limited warranty.

We supply Andersen with our installer registration, certificate of insurance, and vehicle liability insurance and sign a Certified Installer  Contractor Agreement.
